For small business founders and operators

Nobody's going to call and tell you Google Workspace can do all of this.

I make your most painful manual workflows run automatically, using only the tools you already have.

The system is you.

And it shows up in the same ways, every single week.

You rebuilt the same document for the fifth time this month. Different client, same template, same manual work.

You move data between tools by hand — tools that should talk to each other. But they don't.

Copy from your AI tool. Paste somewhere else. Switch tabs. Do it again. Every day.

The information you need exists. It's just in three different places — a sheet you built two years ago, a doc no one updates, and your own head. Nothing shows you what's actually happening right now.

You check in on your day off because if you don't, nothing moves. You can't remember the last time you had a full day off.

You didn't build your own company to become the bottleneck.

Here's where we're going

You're still in the work.
You're just not buried in it.

Your workspace actually tells you what's happening. Data flows between your systems. Status, action, next step — in one place. Not five tabs, not your inbox, not your head.

Nothing falls through the cracks. The steps that don't need your brain run in the background. The ones that do are flagged and ready for you. You review. You decide. You move on.

You can delegate for real. Not "here's the doc, good luck" — but "here's the system, it's already running." What used to live only in your head is now a system your team can actually follow.

You take a real day off. Not "off except for one thing." Actually off.

No new software. No new subscriptions. No 12-week implementation. Just the tools you already open every morning, finally wired together.

The process

Three steps.
Weeks, not months.

01

Find your biggest time leak

We meet for 30 minutes. I ask about your most painful recurring work — the tasks you're the bottleneck for, the ones that stop when you stop. By the end, you'll know exactly what I'd build. Whether you hire me or not.

02

Built inside what you have

No new logins. I scope and build the solution inside the tools your team already opens every day. Most projects go from kickoff to live faster than you'd expect.

03

The busywork is handled

The process that used to live in your head now runs on its own. You get a walkthrough, a run log, and control where you need it. Then you get your time back.

What you get

This is your data.

Shown in a way that makes sense. That's actionable. That your whole team can use — without a meeting about what happens next.

This runs inside Google Workspace — no new software, no new login for your team. Every automation, dashboard, and workflow lives in the tools you already pay for.

Don't use Google Workspace? Tell me what you use → The approach travels. We'll build where you work.

Behind the curtain

Bridget Murphy

I built Native Flow because nobody called and told me either.

I spent over 10 years in HR and People Ops — building onboarding workflows, managing intake processes, fixing things the night before a new hire's first day. I know what it feels like to hold 20 processes together manually. 10 tabs open. The constant mental load of being the last step in every workflow.

I gave myself a challenge: solve the problem with only the tools already on hand. The solution was right there — it just wasn't wired together yet. When I wired it, everything changed. The 8pm push-the-process-forward loop faded. I started seeing every workflow as something that just wasn't set up yet. And I was finally able to free up space for the things that mattered most — strategy, the people, and even my life outside of it all.

The code was never the hardest part. Knowing where the friction actually lives — which processes to automate, which tools people will really use, what the outcome actually needs to be — that's what took years to learn. That's why Native Flow exists. So you don't have to figure it out the hard way.
